When we received the order from the defense department, we had to strictly obey the period for each lot of crane to be delivered throughout Dubai, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi (Defense Bases). Although, being Ex-Proof Cranes & delivery period for most parts were critical. We planned, designed our supply chain to get all the 35 Cranes delivered within specified time frame from Germany to Installation of the cranes at site with our teams coordinating with the site in-charge to get the crane commissioned hassle free & approved by the defense authority.
